DCRM--Serials

Juliet and I have been doing some work on the serials  part of DCRM.  Could
you all look at it?  Give feedback?  Ask questions?

We know that some parts in the beginning are sketchy, more examples are
needed, and some glossary terms need definitions.  But any input is welcome.
