DCRB-Lers:

Please do not send attachments to the list. Although they will go
through, not everyone on the list gets them properly. For some, the
attachment comes through as a garbled mess. Also, the attachments do NOT
go to the list archives. So if you have text for us to consider, PLEASE
simply paste the text into a regular e-mail message. 

Manon, could you please resend the text you sent out today?
