[DCRB-L] Cartographic Materials revised manual

The following was circulated on Maps-L, and I believe on Autocat, by Mary
Larsgaard, one of the committee members (Anglo-American Cataloguing
Committee for Cartographic Materials) responsible for the revision:

>orders for the 2d edition of Cartographic
>Materials, A Manual of Interpretation
>for AACR2 (Chicago: ALA, 2003); it's $100.
>The manual should be available around the 7th of
>October.

It's listed in the Summer/Fall 2003 ALA Editions catalog, p. 4, and ISBN is
0-8389-3539-7.  Price is $90 for ALA members.  It includes guidance for the
cataloging of early maps.
